To prepare, inspect, package, and safely dispatch your handcrafted canvas artwork to your specified address.
To connect with you via WhatsApp or phone call to discuss bespoke dimensions, colors, and progress updates.
To generate official order receipts, Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) records, and courier shipping waybills.
To assist you with hanging instructions, framing inquiries, maintenance tips, or delivery tracking.
All orders inside Bangladesh are dispatched via trusted courier partners (Steadfast Courier) with end-to-end tracking and direct home delivery across all 64 districts.
Every stretched canvas is protected with heavy bubble wrap, rigid corner protectors, and moisture-resistant exterior casing to prevent transit damage.
Worldwide express courier shipments are secured in heavy-duty wooden crate enclosures with archival moisture shielding.
Because custom commissioned paintings are individually handcrafted to your bespoke specifications, materials, and sizes, advance booking deposits are non-refundable once the painting process has commenced.
If an artwork arrives physically damaged due to courier mishandling, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We will promptly repair, replace, or re-create the artwork at zero additional cost to you.
For all custom commissions, high-resolution photographs and studio videos of the completed artwork are shared with the collector for final approval prior to packaging and dispatch.
All paintings, calligraphy compositions, color schemes, photography, and digital assets published on Artora are the intellectual property of Fiha Islam and FramEmpire.
Each original artwork is issued a verifiable physical Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, prohibiting unauthorized commercial reproduction, duplication, or counterfeiting.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or contact information to any third-party advertisers. Information is strictly utilized for studio logistics.
